Event Planning Constraint-Based Problem

Event Planning Constraint-Based Problem
You are tasked with scheduling a conference, taking into account the following constraints:
1. Speaker Availability: Each speaker is available only at specific times.
2. Room Capacity: Sessions must be held in rooms that can accommodate the expected number of attendees.
3. Session Duration: Sessions have fixed durations and cannot overlap.
4. Topic Conflicts: Sessions on similar topics should not occur simultaneously.
5. Attendee Preferences: Aim to maximize overall attendee satisfaction based on survey data.
6. Technical Requirements: Certain sessions need specific technical setups available only in particular rooms.
7. Break Times: Ensure regular breaks for attendees and speakers.
Your goal is to create a schedule that assigns each session to an appropriate time slot and room while satisfying all the constraints.

One constraint based problem that struck my mind was Film Shooting process.
While shooting of a movie, there are various number of scenes that are need to be shoot within specfic time which builds various constraints that comes in the way. Like completion of the scenes and movie in time, availability of the actors, availability of the desired studio/location, then another one can be if there is an outdoor shoot heavy rainfall/sunny atmosphere could be one of the constraint.
I feel this can also be the scenario with OS

Creating a timetable for schools and universities that involves scheduling classes in a way that considers the availability of classrooms and laboratories, instructor schedules and preferences, and the number of students and their subject choices.

Another Example of this constraint based problem can be allocation of rooms in a pg ( the way i have seen in mine)
possible constraints:
1) Putting only those students together who require a facility such as an A/C
2) Putting only those students together who are comfortable with their room-mate's place of growing up , languages spoken etc , basic food preferences
3)Gender Based Room Allocation
4)Grouping Students Based on Course Preferences
5)Grouping Students Based on Study habits ( periods of study , time of study etc)
